I feel every educator should have their own PLN (Professional Learning & Sharing Network) on Twitter.
Professional Development 24/7 from fantastic global educators!
I would love to see teachers having a menu of choices for PD and Flipped PD sessions
I also encourage administrators to try the #edcamp or Teach Meet (unconference) model
for their professional development with their staffs.
Give teachers a choice of what they want to learn and involve them in leading sessions.
