EdCamp Tips

Initial handout: Front side contains a brief description of an edcamp day and a schedule. The back side has an outline of the session times and rooms for the participants to fill out. We must remember that not all attendees are prepared to digitally access the online schedule.

 Near the edcamp schedule that participants add their proposed sessions have a poster explaining what they have to do to present. Also have a poster that explains the role of the session moderator.

Prizes: For books and apps prizes I suggest just calling out book or app prize and have the winner select the book or app of their choice. Rather than giving out a book or app that they will not use it is best to let them choose the one that they would really like.
