should do a 360 degree feedback appraisal of each student
at the
beginning of the school year. I had my students complete
an interest survey at the beginning of the year.
Empower Students Profile
Plan a student-led
conference with their parents/guardians.
Carry out one-on-one
discussion sessions with each student to learn about them. I had
my students create an interest survey including their likes and
dislikes.
Have their parents/guardians share with you their child's
strengths & weaknesses.
Perform pre-assessments to determine
the needs of each student.
